Refund policy

When you buy products from Opalore online you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund for the product(s) ordered.

Except for any products designated on the website as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products purchased on the Website for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs (if any). Any product that is opened, damaged, used, bears marks, has been modified or is not returned in its original sealed packaging is not subject to the right of withdrawal. Please note that you do not have a right to cancel in respect of cosmetic products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes once these have been unsealed. If you received a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted. 

To initiate a return:

Contact us via email at concierge@opalore.com where one of our service team will respond to you within two working days.

The Opalore Concierge team may request additional information to confirm the disposition of the product and if necessary, may send a product return shipping label.

Within 14 days of initiating and confirming a product return, pack the product(s) in the original box, affix a return and shipping label to each box, and deliver the box to a mail carrier for return. Please ensure you send it tracked and signed for so that you can track its progress. Opalore is responsible for your parcel only once it has been received in our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Note: you will not be reimbursed for the cost(s) of return shipping, or any duties or taxes paid in your local country.

You are also entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund on a damaged item, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at concierge@opalore.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email. We will confirm the disposition of the product and determine the best course of action.

For security reasons, we will refund the payment to the same payment method used to make the purchase. Once we have processed your return our Returns Department will contact you by email. Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.

Any loyalty points that were awarded during your purchase will be adjusted in your loyalty account after the refund has been processed.

On the rare occasion an incorrect item has been shipped in error, please contact us at concierge@opalore.com in order for us to further investigate.
