What is The Brilliance Club?

The Brilliance Club is Opalore's loyalty program that allows you to earn points for every purchase you make and through social engagement.

You can also earn additional points for each successful referral to friends and loved ones by sending them a link from your online account.

Your points can be redeemed for future purchases and is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty.

Do I have to pay for membership?

No, membership is free and you will start earning rewards right away, you’ll even earn points for creating an account.

How do I earn points?

Loyalty points are earned on every purchase, as well as opportunities to earn bonus points. Details can be found in My Account under the ‘Points’ section. Please make sure you are logged into your account before you check-out.

Points are awarded on the product value only and are not given for any additional charges such as shipping or taxes.

Is Opalore's The Brilliance Club available internationally?

Yes it is. Points will be awarded in British Pounds which will then convert to US Dollars or Euro's when you redeem them.

Can I earn points when shopping through one of your partners?

No, points are exclusive to the Opalore online experience.

What if I return a product or the order is cancelled?

Points will be updated regarding changes in your order status.

Will my points expire?

Points are valid for 12 calendar months. Please log into your account and check your dashboard to see expiry dates (dates are shown in US date format).

How many points do I need to earn in order to use them?

You will need at least 400 points in order to apply your balance at checkout.

What happens if I forget to log into my account when I check-out?

You must be logged into your account to earn points. Unfortunately we cannot add points retrospectively.

IF I RETURN A PURCHASE, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS?

If you make a return, the number of points deducted from your balance will be directly correlated to the refund. If you make a full return, the points will be fully deducted. If it’s a partial refund, only those corresponding points will be deducted.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?

There is no limit on the amount of points you can earn. Please make sure you are logged into your account at check-out. Points cannot be applied retrospectively.

When will I receive my birthday points?

Points will be allocated to your account on your birthday. You must be a member of The Brilliance Club for at least 30 days prior to qualify.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY POINTS?

Points will show in your account balance after the order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 48 hours for social engagement and review points to be awarded.

How do I refer a friend?

Please create an account if you don't already have one. In My Account under the ‘Activities’ section of ‘The Brilliance Club’ you will find an invitation link to send to friends.

Once they have made an account and purchased, your account will be credited with points to the value of £20 for future spend with Opalore.

Please note that points can take up to 30 days to credit into in your account.

Do you or a third party test your ingredients or finished products on animals?

No, we do not test any of our finished products, ingredients, or formulas on animals. We ensure our products are cruelty-free every step of the way.

Are your products natural and organic?

Opalore products are natural according to ISO Standards, however ‘organic’, ‘natural’ or ‘clean,’ have no consistent definition and tell you nothing about a product’s safety or efficacy. We are committed to bringing you the ultimate actives which combine natural, organic, Green Chemistry and biotechnological ingredients so that you can achieve the best possible results. Each of our formulas contain concentrated postbiotics which are the secret weapon used by dermatologists for their efficacy and proven health benefits.

Are your products vegan?

The Brilliance Creams are vegan friendly and do not use any animal derived ingredients including beeswax or honey.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE AND FORMULATED?

Our R & D, formulations and production is carried out in Switzerland.

Why is Opalore's microbiome certification different from other certifications?

Microbiome certification is a trusted proof-point that ensures our products are healthy for your skin. Our products are tested using advanced qPCR DNA analysis which is more effective, precise and captures more data compared to other forms of microbiome sampling.

What is halal certification?

Halal certification ensures no toxic chemicals or haram ingredients are used throughout the products life cycle. This conformity applies across the complete manufacturing process; the storage of raw ingredients, the toxicity assessment of our raw ingredients and primary packaging and the cleaning of our laboratory equipment. This process is strictly assessed and monitored by an independent accredited organisation.

How can I be sure the products work?

We value and uphold the transparency of the scientific method at every stage of our R&D activities. Our formulas undergo the most rigorous clinical testing which exceed industry standards to ensure they deliver results. To receive the most effective results, please follow Opalore's tips which can be found on the product pages.

HOW CAN I GET THE BEST RESULTS?

The volunteers in our clinical studies used a mild gentle cleanser in the morning, followed by applying a small pearl-sized amount of cream. The same process was repeated in the evening. Our products are hybrid creams, meaning they are proven to work on more than one skin goal to help you streamline a routine.

How do I find the right cream for my skin?

We recommend our Personalised Product Finder which will help you to select the optimum cream for your skin goals.

Are your products suitable for all skin tones?

Yes, the Brilliance Creams are suitable for all skin tones. Our clinical studies tested on women with phototypes I to VI with no adverse effects.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Everyone's skin is unique and skin can negatively react to any ingredient. For example, some people may find they are sensitive to natural ingredients such as nuts or gluten, and for this reason we display the full product ingredients within the product page of our website to enable customers to make an informed choice before purchase. Even the most 'gentle' ingredients can cause a reaction on certain people's skin so we recommend patch testing a small amount of the product on the inside skin of the wrist area to ascertain its compatibility.

What if I want to use a richer cream at night?

Some people prefer a richer cream at night and if this is the case, you can absolutely use the next cream along from your normal cream. For example Cream n.1 is a light-weight gel cream and you can use the slightly richer Cream n.2 at night, or if you use Cream n.2 you can move to Cream n.3 at night. They have been designed so that cells can identify with similar ingredients so they don't become "shocked". Do the brilliance Creams contain SPF?

Opalore's Brilliance Creams do not contain any SPF as they are intended to be used morning and night. Although your skin is protected from the environment, we do recommend to always use a separate SPF even on cloudy days. The Brilliance Cream should be applied first and once fully absorbed, a sunscreen can then be applied as the last step in your regimen.

Are Opalore products safe to use during pregnancy?

All of our Opalore products are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.  If you have any particular concerns about our ingredients, then we recommend consulting with your doctor.
